Driving directions to High Plains Camping, an overnight RV resort north of Oakley, Kansas

Please Note: GPS users should refer to the coordinates toward the bottom of this page. We are located at the intersection of Interstate 70 and US Highway 83, in Thomas County Kansas.

North Directions :
On US-83, follow the signs for US-83 around Oakley. On the west side of Oakley, you'll turn to the north to continue northbound on US-83. Head north for about 5 minutes. About 200 yards before you reach the interstate ramps, you'll turn
left (west) onto the driveway, and head straight up to the High Plains Camping Welcome Center.

South Directions :
On US-83, cross over I-70. About 200 yards beyond the interchange, turn right (west) and head straight up the driveway to the High Plains Camping Welcome Center.
The RV park is about 90 minutes south of McCook Nebraska.

|
East Directions :
From I-70, take Exit #70 and go southbound (right) onto US-83. Go about 200 yards and turn right (west) onto the driveway, and head straight up to the High Plains Camping Welcome Center.
The campground is less than 20 minutes west of Colby, Kansas.

West Directions :
From I-70, take Exit #70 and go southbound (left) onto US-83. Go about 300 yards and turn right (west) onto the driveway, and head straight up to the High Plains Camping Welcome Center.
The RV park is about 80 minutes west of Hays, Kansas.
